AustraliaThe pluses. It arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged. I was happy to be supporting an Aussie company. But I found the product itself disappointing. The lead is quite thick and the line it produces is not subtle but quite heavy. There isn't a sharpener. I previously used Prime Prometics and will probably go back to them.
